1. Group Project (20 marks)
i) The topic of the project: Change in the organization. Implications toward to the stakeholders.
ii) Please identify one organization that you can study the change in the organization.
iii) This assignment is to be done by group of four (4) students.
iv) Choose one scope of discussion below:
a. Innovation and technological change.
b. Behaviour change.
c. Organizational structure change.
d. Leadership change.
v) The group will summit the report of the project on week 11 of the semester and present the project on the date given in the schedule of the lecture.
vi) The format of the report
a. Front 12. Arial.
b. One and half spacing.
c. Minimum 20 pages, exclude acknowledgment and executive summary.
vii) Your report shall include the following:
a. Acknowledgment
b. Executive Summary ( maximum 3 pages)
c. Content
d. Introduction
e. Discussion
f. Conclusion
viii) All the discussion should be support by articles from refereed journals.
1. Individual Project (30 marks)
i) Articles Review (15 marks)
a. Search one article from the refereed journal in the provided topics and review the article. Prepare one page report and submit the article together with the report.
b. Please note that, each student should review different article.
c. There are five topics and each student has to search articles from all the topics given. The topic of the articles are:
i. Successful factors to implement change in an organization.
ii. Factors influence change in an organization.
iii. Resistance to change
iv. Strategy in sustaining change in an organization.
v. Change in the organizational culture.

Your case analysis should focus on five different issues:
