Case analyses are designed to provide you with the opportunity to develop your diagnostic, problem solving, and project implementation skills. The following sections discuss successful strategies for preparing cases for this particular class.

Your case analysis should focus on five different issues:
1. Identification of the changes and development in the organization
2. Identification of the main factor to change and development
3. Explain the new changes introduced by organization in their industry.
4. Describe the change and development strategies implemented by organization.
5. Identify the need for change and development for the Company.
